“Test data-3” Migration test

A migration test demonstrates the tendency of inks to
“bleed”over a period of time. Inks with poor migration resistance
actually allow mixing of adjacent inkjet dots, resulting in
muddied colors and loss of brilliance and image definition.

Labo JET has succeeded in improving both light and migration resistance with specially formulated inks.

High light resistance allows expanded applications for ink jet images. Large format media can be used not only for events, exhibitions and displays in stores, but also for outdoor displays and advertisements. Sales promotion tools made with existing inkjet technology that are displayed inside stores and restaurants show fading of colors due to poor light resistance. LaboJET has solved this problem. Our special inks and over-coating protect against fading and help extend life of sales promotion tools. This expands uses for inkjet into a wide range of new applications, heretofore not considered for inkjet images.
