R&D Multi-Purpose test Coater

This machine is made for R&D purposes; it only requires a small amount of coating solutions and web. It features Yasui Seiki patented Microgravure™ (2), Slot Die, knife reverse, and knife coater heads. Dryers are equipped with infrared heaters, which are effective for thick coating applications. Also, it has a UV lamp.

Marketing Test Coater

OS-750
This coater is made for marketing; it requires relatively small amount of coating solution to make some marketing samples efficiently. It features Microgravure™, Slot Die, Knife coater Heads. Also, it is equipped with a Corona treater, a UV lamp (160 W/cm -nitrogen purge available). Its coating room is class 500.
